Please carefully review the Shipping & Delivery Policy before purchasing jewelry. This policy will apply to all orders.
SHIPPING DELIVERY
I offer shipping via USPS Priority, 1-3 Days. Please note, all times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
Orders ship within 3-5 business days of payment unless otherwise stated. If you would like upgraded shipping, please contact me to arrange and pay additional fees.
All packages include tracking and shipping insurance. You’ll receive your tracking number once your order ships.
Please note, I am not responsible for packages after they’ve been shipped.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
International shipping is not available at this time.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box.

returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund only. Please see below for more information on the return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be requested within ten (10)days of the receipt date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, in the same condition as when it shipped.
RETURN PROCESS
To request a return, please complete the online contact form or send an email to: Info@toemijewelry.com. After receiving authorization, you will be provided with a return address. Please place the item securely in its original packaging.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. I highly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, I will process your return. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return.

Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. You will be notified by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned and are not eligible for refund:
Jewelry that has been damaged or altered in any way by the buyer
Return requests that exceed the ten (10) day notice requirement
